四、Friedrichs過濾(lv)器使用方法及原理:
過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器待(dai)處理的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)(you)入(ru)(ru)(ru)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中的雜質沉積在不(bu)銹鋼濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)上,由(you)(you)此產生(sheng)壓(ya)差。通過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)差開關(guan)監測進(jin)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)壓(ya)差變化,當(dang)壓(ya)差達(da)(da)到設(she)定(ding)值時(shi),電控(kong)器給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)力控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa),驅(qu)動(dong)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)信號(hao)。設(she)備安裝后,由(you)(you)技(ji)術人(ren)員進(jin)行(xing)調(diao)試,設(she)定(ding)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)時(shi)間和清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)轉(zhuan)換時(shi)間,待(dai)處理的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)(you)入(ru)(ru)(ru)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器開始(shi)(shi)正常工(gong)作(zuo),當(dang)達(da)(da)到預設(she)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)間時(shi),電控(kong)器給(gei)(gei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)力控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)、驅(qu)動(dong)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)信號(hao),引發下(xia)列動(dong)作(zuo):電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)帶(dai)動(dong)刷子(zi)旋轉(zhuan),對濾(lv)(lv)(lv)芯進(jin)行(xing)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi),同時(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)打開進(jin)行(xing)排污,整個(ge)(ge)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)程只需持續數十秒(miao)鐘,當(dang)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)結束時(shi),關(guan)閉控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa),電機(ji)(ji)(ji)停止轉(zhuan)動(dong),系統恢復其初始(shi)(shi)狀態,開始(shi)(shi)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia)個(ge)(ge)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)工(gong)序(xu)。過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器的殼體(ti)(ti)內部主要由(you)(you)粗濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)、細濾(lv)(lv)(lv)網(wang)、吸(xi)(xi)污管,不(bu)銹鋼刷或不(bu)銹鋼吸(xi)(xi)嘴、密封(feng)圈、防腐涂(tu)層(ceng)、轉(zhuan)動(dong)軸等組成(cheng)。
用過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質把容器分隔為上、下(xia)腔(qiang)(qiang)即構成(cheng)簡單的過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器。懸浮(fu)液(ye)加(jia)入上腔(qiang)(qiang),在壓力作用下(xia)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質進入下(xia)腔(qiang)(qiang)成(cheng)為濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye),固體顆粒被截留在過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質表面形成(cheng)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣(zha)(或稱濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)餅)。過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質表面積存的濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)逐漸加(jia)厚(hou),液(ye)體通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)的阻力隨之增高,過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)速(su)度減小。當(dang)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室充(chong)滿(man)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣(zha)或過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)速(su)度太(tai)小時,停止過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),清除濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣(zha),使過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質再生(sheng),以完成(cheng)次過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)循環。
液(ye)體(ti)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)渣(zha)層和(he)過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)克服阻力(li),因此在過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)的兩(liang)側(ce)有壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差(cha),這是(shi)實現過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)的推動力(li)。增大壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差(cha)可(ke)以加速過(guo)(guo)濾(lv),但受壓(ya)(ya)后變形(xing)的顆粒(li)在大壓(ya)(ya)力(li)差(cha)時(shi)易堵塞過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)孔隙,過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)反而減慢。
